Our Programs
Our vision is to be the driving force behind the transformation of dreams into reality. We are dedicated to empowering individuals in the Caribbean community, from childhood to adulthood, by providing unparalleled opportunities in sports.
Our approach is holistic as we aim to have an impact on and off the pitch. Given this, we develop supplementary programs to support our players and the communities they represent.
Community Programs
Local Impact
We mainly operate from the Greater Toronto-Hamilton Area (GTHA) in Ontario Canada. While off the pitch, we volunteer with local organizations like Ronald McDonald House Charities to support community development work.
Global Impact
Touring is a huge part of what we do. So, it’s important to us to positively impact the communities we’re privileged to visit. We do this through projects like school supply drives that benefit underprivileged youth in the Caribbean.
Player Programs

While we strive to create a healthy environment for our players, we understand the toll that competitive sports and general life pressures can take on their mental health. With this in mind, we provide our players access to a licensed therapist.

For several players, a career outside rugby is essential for personal fulfillment and meeting financial needs. So, we support them with resume reviews, interview prep, and other forms of counselling to meet their career goals.

The Misfits Academy is dedicated to mentoring and developing rugby players, aiming to help them secure a spot on The Misfits Rugby Elite teams.
This diverse group of aspiring and talented players includes all age groups, notably the U19 category.

Join North American tours
Potentially participate in international tours with The Misfits Rugby Elite teams
